Strongest Commander Phase – Recruit Troops

Recruit higher level Troops to get rewards

Tips:

• In this phase you should recruit the strongest soldiers. For example, for a level 30 LRA (Long-Range Attack) City, these are T10 Snipers, T10 Shredders and T10 EMPs;
• When you are starting to recruit troops, switch Strategy Officers to Loreline and Sergeant Barney who increase soldier Recruitment Speed;
• Since the “Recruit Troops” phase will always be after the “Upgrade Buildings and Technology” phase, do not collect the newly created troops during the “Upgrade Buildings and Technology” phase, but do it right after the Server Reset, when the Recruit Troops phase has started, because the points for the troops will be credited to you only when you collect the troops and not when you start training them. If Construction Phase is on Thursday (the same applies also for other days, just mostly you are training troops for 24 hours to do Dailies) – you can start to train troops 1+ day earlier and when you will collect them in this Phase – it is possible to open all chests when Phases is just started 😉
• When you train troops and want to use speedups, train troops so that their training time is no more than 8 hours and 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 minutes and the minutes/seconds are as close as possible to 5 or 10, 15, 20, 25, etc. You can adjust how many troops to train in the training window;
  • From our comment, explanation: The idea is to use speedups as efficient as possible.
    If you will train troops and your time will be, for example 51 minutes – you will use 11 x 5mins speedups – the same amount which you will use when your training time will be if you will train 54 minutes. Of course 3 minutes are not so many, but imagine you will do that 100 times – it will be 300 minutes = You will waste 5 hours of speedups 😉
    The same applies for the Hours. We gave most common example. Imagine you will train troops and the time will be 10 hours and you will have just 2×8 hours of speedups (this is just an example) – you will use both of them and will waste 6 hours of speedups 😉
    8 hours or when you are City level 30+ = 16 hours is the best way to train.
    Of course, those are kinda “small” nuances – but we mostly creating topics for FTP players (Free To Play players) – and FTP Players must use everything very efficiently 😉
• When the Recruit Troops phase has started, Alliance R5 or R4 should activate Alliance Skill “National Recruitment” which significance increase soldier Recruitment Speed;
• It’s good to ask and get the Capital Cabinet position “Chief of Staff” which gives you “Recruitment Time Reduction” +5%;
• Recruit 1 unit of Lv.13 Troops = 560 Points;
