What is the maximum amount of alliance flags

Each new Alliance can set 40 Flags by default.
The Alliance can develop the Alliance Technology “Plant Flags” and each Level of this Technology gives the opportunity to plant 8 additional Flags.
The maximum Level of Alliance Technology “Plant Flags” is 25. So if for each Level we get an additional 8 Flags, then by developing this Technology to the maximum Level, we will get an additional 200 Flags.
So the Alliance can use a maximum of 200+40=240 Flags.

Alliance Hall has a max level of 14.
Once an Alliance is created, a maximum of 30 members can join the Alliance.
When the Alliance Hall level is 14, it will increase the maximum number of Alliance members by +70 and then a total of 100 members can join the Alliance.

Moving and alliance hall and losing it effects:
From what I gather removing my alliance hall to rebuild it at the most central reaching point of my flags will remove the effects of the hall and drop my membership back down to 30, is this correct? Will my alliance hall resume its previous effect and level after my hall is rebuilt?

Sorry for such a late reply.
When you remove the Alliance Hall, after rebuilding it, the maximum number of members will be the same (this not applies if you should rebuild Alliance Hall after Nations Merging), and to have more seats, you should level up the Alliance Hall. Existing members will not be kicked out. It will only cost you alliance points as the tech levels will remain the same.
When I tried to update my alliance hall from 2 to 3 there showing need alliance tech to 5 but I don’t know what is alliance tech and where it is and must tell me how can i get Alliance tech to 5 for update the alliance hall to level 4
If a flag made with gold or alliance points is raised to be placed somewhere else, are the points spent on the flag refunded? Additionally, if the flag is made with gold, do the spent golds convert into alliance points and are refunded?

If you will remove the flags, or the flags will be deleted in the case that no alliance member will log in the game for the 7 days (if no alliance members will log in the game for at least 7 days, all alliance buildings are automatically removed) – nothing will be returned to you.
This does not apply in the case of alliance buildings, including flags, are removed in the MERGER – in this case all the spent points on the flag construction are returned, including the gold, which will be converted to the Alliance points, and counted back to the total amount of Alliance’s points.
