Tips:

• Avoid opening chests on Monday immediately after the Server Reset, as this period offers the lowest probability of obtaining an Elite Officer. We suggest not opening chests at all on Monday;
• Open chests in batches of 19 (nineteen) or when you will get low count of purple officer fragments – open 11 and continue with 19, or 19 then 11 then 19 then 11 and so on, to maximize the average probability of obtaining an Elite Officer, ensuring the most efficient use of resources.
