Recently, we received questions and inquiries from some Commander about the #457 VS #309 battle errors experienced during the Frenzy event and prepared the following responses:
- Our engineers did a detailed examination of the battle reports to find this battle experienced a contingency bug that caused the battle results to have errors. After verifying the cause, we immediately sent compensation to Commanders from Nation 309 in the battle and fixed the bug to prevent this type of situation from happening again.
- Regarding the problem of some video makers’ rumors saying the cause of this battle is “on account of some servers being randomly controlled by the dev team to change the game’s data”, we make a solemn declaration that as developers, we will only use the in-game data to understand the gaming environment and won’t actually join battles with Commanders. We will maintain the right to look into legal liabilities for the action of spreading this rumor.
- In addition, some Commanders have rumored that Nation 457 has merged 4 times. As a matter of fact, this Nation has only 2 times, once on December 10, 2021, and the other on July 22, 2022. The reason for the merges is the small number of active Commanders affected the gaming experience. We will continue to fairly merge Nations according to the unlocking time, battle power, the number of active Commanders, and other reasons for overall considerations.
- We strongly recommend that every Commander discusses battle strategy and event gameplay through our official social media platforms, and be sure not to trust other channels with unofficial information.
